Return Policy

You may return your item(s) for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item purchase price. Refunds are processed within 3-5 days after we receive the item(s) at our warehouse.

We cannot accept:
  • Open item(s)
  • Carpets not in their original packaging
  • Books
  • Gift cards
If you would like to exchange the item, you must return the item(s) and place a new order.

Contact Us for your return authorization number. You are responsible to ship the item(s) back to us and may choose a carrier of your choice. If you are a customer in Zone One and you are returning an eligible item(s), you qualify for our Return Labels service.

Prepare your shipment for return by packing items securely in a shipping box. Ship to:

Replacement Policy

If you receive a delivery that appears to be damaged or short packages, it is very important that it is noted on the carrier’s delivery slip or handheld device to ensure a smooth claim process. For more information, go to Reporting a Damaged Item.
