Comfortable and Engaging
I much prefer the ball chair over a traditional chair. My legs and back are not sore like they were when I was using a traditional chair. It has also improved my core and back strength and stopped me from slouching and leaning. The ball allows for free movement, such as rocking, swaying, and stretching, throughout the day. The weights stop the ball from rolling away when I stand up.
